Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our expanding team, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
The Inside Sales Manager is charged with providing leadership to our sales base retention and growth efforts, leading key sales efforts with our existing clients, in addition to managing several sales operations functions for the Vice President of Sales. This role requires a passion for customer service and working with a large base of accounts. The right candidate must possess a thorough understanding of the process of managing accounts, growing customers organically, and maintaining regular account stewardship. Experience in a fast paced, high growth, and rapidly changing environment are vital to success in this role.
Job Scope:

Manage and lead our inside sales team

Develop (with the Vice President of Sales) an ongoing account stewardship program involving regular account contact, new products and services, and overall base revenue growth.

Closely oversee team activities for our top 20 revenue producing accounts

Manage the account stewardship program, including the assignment and reporting of the inside sales team activities in support of the program

Special focus on accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all of our customer interactions

Work with marketing on the follow-up and sales execution of marketing programs directed at our base of accounts

Participate in industry and channel facing sales activities with the Vice President of Sales as needed

Track and manage the distribution of:
-
Contract drafts to customers
-
NDAs to customers, partners, and prospective clients

SSAE reports for customer review
-
Agent agreements to new and prospective channel agents

Track and distribute incoming leads from our channel agents
-
Produce weekly sales reports from SFDC for our Monday sales meeting and report on key accomplishments

Other duties as deemed necessary
Minimum Requirements:

Strong account management skills

Sales management experience is preferred, but not mandatory

Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to organize and prioritize work, execute an assignment from conception through completion and meet aggressive deadlines

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales support or sales management function
