Our Remote Hands staff is on-site 24/7 to provide technical assistance on demand, such as equipment troubleshooting and repair, tape rotation, visitor and maintenance escorting, package delivery and shipping, cable installation, and more.

- Pre-sales engineering (customized layout with ServerCentral- or customer-provided racks)
- Electronic access control system restricts entry to all cage areas
- Patch panel installed as the central demarcation point for cross-connect terminations
- Customer-specified cabling solutions can be designed and installed with custom patch racks and cable assemblies
- Anti-static floors utilize static dissipating tiles or epoxy coating
- 8’ high floor-bolted steel cage fencing is standard
- Overhead ladder rack is installed to provide dedicated cable pathways
- Redundant power circuits installed with A and B power feeds per cabinet
- 120V, 208V single phase, and 208V three phase power up to 90 amps/phase available
