Remote Hands - ServerCentral offers its colocation customers the opportunity to utilize our highly-skilled Data Center staff to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair their equipment through our Remote Hands service. The standard rate for Remote Hands is $160/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, 24/7/365, except for Flat Rate services.
