A Message from our CTO - Eric Dynowski:

The COVID-19 situation is developing rapidly, and we are working closely with our data center facility partners as they evolve their responses to this fluid situation. As a result, there are frequently changing facility access rules and restrictions. Due to these restrictions we strongly recommend that you utilize our remote hands service where possible. This limits the number of people in the data center and protects the staff operating the facilities. Alternatively, if data center access is required, you must make prior arrangements for access by opening a ticket with SCTG at least 24 hours before your visit or risk being denied access.
